I am 18,
I have been lifting weights since i was 14 and i also like to do a lot of running.I also play rugby. (socially)
My bench personal best is 150kg (330 pound)
My Squat personal best is 170kg (375 pound)
My Deadlift Personal best is 215kg (470 pound).
My Body fat percentage is 10.9% and i am 91kg.
I am looking to improve my lifts by quite a lot and increase my muscle mass whilst lowering my body fat percentage. I am also looking to increase fitness and general all round strength. I want to do an experiment and see what would happen if i did take AS. I want to use a AS that will do these things but at the same time be easy to get off after a cycle. I also need one that won't fuse growth plates. Recommendations please? Also dosages and how long? Cheers Andy15
