Am 29 years old, from 24-27 trained fairly seriously and consistently using all natural proteins/caseins/pre-workout's type deal and built up to good size & weights all round.
At 28, tested the waters with a 5 week 30mg per day dianabol cycle (3 x 10mg) together with liver support, perfect diet, regular training and enjoyed some great gains, size and managed to hold the gains afterwards due to training commitment and diet discipline for months there after.
One year gap - enter this year. Now have 6 weeks of training back under my belt and have already gained 5kg naturally and am getting ready for a sust 250 / dbol cycle and wanted advice on the below idea (criticisms/reassurance/etc.). Was going to wait another month - 6 weeks before starting the below...
week 1 - 5: 4 x 10mg dianabol daily (40mg) - through research and converstion it seems that coming off the dbols prior to your last few jabs is sensible to wein off the water bloat and keep gains.
week 2 - 8: 1 x 1ml sust250 jab weekly OR 2 x 1ml sust250 jab twice per week <--- ADVICE/ALTERATIONS!?
week 10-14: PCT with Nolvadex & Clomid (dosages per week advice needed?)
Wanted to give myself the best chance of avoiding bitch tits (which I didn't experience with my mini dbol cycle last time round) and ensuring full and fast recovery of balls and fertility
As mentioned, diet, protein consumption and training regime are all very sound and have good experience in these areas.
Any advice would be appreciated - and anyone who wants to ego-trip and say "narr ya like don't know what ya doing bro" skip this thread and get your trip elsewhere
