Gyno after 1 week into first cycle

Started my first cycle of test e 500mg per week for 12 weeks. After my 2nd injection I started noticing sensitive and puffy nipples and now, 2 days later I have hard lumps in the pec area and what feels like swelling and a dull aching pain.I am less than 6 days in! I was running .25ml of liquidex eod from day one. I am 99% sure that it's gyno and considering stopping the cycle and using 50ml Nolvadex and .50ml liquidex for 2 weeks and then adding Clomid. Since I am only a week in what do you guys think I should do?

That's pretty odd. You should up the adex dosing maybe but I'm not sure I've ever heard of Gyno starting that fast especially with long esters.

It is my first cycle, I'm using my brothers account to post this. Never used steroids before..

I have always had a bit extra fat around my nipples before I began and thought maybe that has somethibg to do with it, and the fact I started at around 20% bf.

So should I just continue my cycle as normal, I've upped my adex to .5mg ed and had 40mg of nolvadex last night ...

I'm asking a question on what to do with gyno because I know I can feel it, maybe it's a rare case to get it so quickly but all I'm asking is what I should do before it gets worse??

The people who answered did so based on science. Now, if you believe you are a medical miracle with gyno after one week, which the guys are saying is literally IMPOSSIBLE then you should see a doctor right away.

OK you have to much body fat probably. Poor diet and have gained more water weight making your man boobs look even bigger.

Option #4, stop injecting. Dont take anything else. No PCT after 2 injections and let your body recover. Learn to eat/diet and train naturally and after you are sure you have recovered 100% bet blood work done.
