PCT on ramadan ?
Hey guys, i got a friend of mine, he's now 34 or 35 yo. He has been lifting for 10 years now, he's quite hench ( i don't now his stats but godamn he's big and lean ). He noticed that he aint making gains for a while even though he's training and eating like horse. He decided to jump on juice, he knows shit about it. I tried to help cuz he knows that i'm quite interested in this subject and i went to school and all those stuffs. The deal is that he's gonna ride his first cycle in april, but he converted to islam 2 years ago, so his pct is gonna be approximatively on ramadan ( July ). From the sunrise until the sunset he wont eat or drink anything, but he can take his pct the night, is it cool ?
He'll be cutting while taking pct, no problems with that, isn't it ? Cheers guys

Cutting during PCT = any gains lost.

Well, first of all, it seems he should probably educated himself on Islam first, prior to cycling. Islam religion does not allow for anyone to modify their body beyond its natural state. So, tattoos, piercings, plastic surgery and well, steroids would be blasphemous (Haram).
So if he chooses steroids over religion, he should ignore Ramadan and eat like a horse.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

That's the problem with Ramadan, you can't eat or drink during the day! If he plans on going all day without eating or drinking, and then gorging himself at the end of the day it won't work. He won't get the proper nutrition spread evenly throughout the day and he won't grow. Tell him if that is his plan just dump his gear down the drain now.

All the muslim dudes here are using gear as quickly as they can get it(and its realllly easy to get).
Anyway OP your friend should research more and rethink the timing of his cycle.

The local emirati population has amassed a serious fortune during the last 60 years or so, around $6 billion in the national fund I believe. The "poorer" local families still receive monthly gov't payouts, around $100k per year. With a glittering international city like Dubai just up the road and so much money to throw around, they're breaking a lot more rules than the one you listed. It's a kind of reformation I suppose.

Well, it's either that or you're about as dense as a box of rocks. I have no idea. Maybe you're just racist, who knows. Either way, it wasn't relevant and maybe I'm just confused by it. Who knows.
