    Damn you love handles, pics

Ok guys trying to get everything planned out for my next cycle, ive done bulking cycles but never a cutting cycle, im pretty lean but just can't seem to lose that bottom belly and back fat (love handles) My nutrition is pretty damn good and I watch and count all my carbs, even did keto for 2 months and nada, fats still there, ive messed around with test e, test p, dbol, halodrol in the past but thats about it never an a.i either, can someone look at my pics and recommended a cycle for me?

If you have fat isolated in particular areas while you are that defined, not sure a cycle will help that. Honestly you may better benefit from some form of body sculpting.

Not sure what u mean by that, can u explain.

He means you'd either have to try and get absurdly lean or go to a beauty style place and get what I believe is like cold laser treatment (that right king?). I think it shrinks fat cells, supposed to be effective, not that expensive, noninvasive etc...and you're lean so don't think it's cheating! Lol

Precisely....There are many forms of non-invasive body contouring or lipo sculpting. There is lipo lite, lipo dissolve and ultra sound lipo to name a few. I have used lipo dissolve on stubborn areas. As ickythump said the only other way to really get rid of that is to go insanely lean and sacrifice hard earned muscle.

I do retain water easily which is why I thought maybe some aas would help, so u dont think id benifit from var or winny? I dunno about that laser stuff never really thought it was legit, I may look into it.

yeah bro love handles seemed to be im problem too!(im diet was also pretty good) but I started an anavar cycle about 3 weeks ago and there is a huge difference with them now. they seem to be "leaving". im doing 60mg a day for no more then 8 weeks and man what a difference. Also king I am going to looking into the body sculpting but I am going to wait to see what these next 4-5 weeks brings me. so far im very impressed. hope this helps.

AAS could help however, keep this in mind. When you loose weight or fat, you are not actually loosing fat cells. The cells just shrink, but they are there to stay. With lipo procedures, the fat cells are actually removed. It is possible that after your cycle the fat cells in that area could expand again. I think it is worth looking in to.

Aahh I see. Does it work right away or is it a over time thing? Well I will try it and let u guys know how it goes but im still fishing for an answer on what type of cycle to go with.

Usually around 8 weeks to see the improved results but full results can take around 3 months.

Damn you mean there's no magic pill or fix that can make fat disappear asap! Lol should have seen that coming.

Head over to the nutrition section. You'd be surprised, MOST people say their diet is on point, and in fact it needs a complete overhaul. You could also be bloating from foods that contain wheat, soy or dairy. Very common for people to have some type of allergy towards those foods or have a problem digesting them.

Animal you are right, but this guy is pretty lean like everywhere, and really doesn't have love handles but yea a little fat there, did you look at the pics? He seems like he's have to get lean like in the range where you need aas to hold muscle but then it would all come back, genetics...

King, I think the laser treatment only shrinks cells, and you need actual invasive lipo to actually get rid of the cells, maybe OP or yourself or someone can clarify, I don't have time to hit the Googles right now lol

I think your right about the laser. I heard lipo dissolve actually dissolves fat cells and they flush from your body. I had a few sessions of lipodissolve and it seemed to work well. However, there are so many new treatments out there that I don't know about. OP, do some research on them, as ickythump advised you are pretty lean already, not sure AAS is the answer for fat loss. However, going waaaaayyy back to your original question, I think test stacked with var would be a very good lean bulking cycle.

Ya im on a mostly paleo type diet when it come to anything baked so no gluten and im severly lactose intolerant so I stay away from dairy completely.

In this pic u can see the fat a little but honestly if I were to lower my pants more it be more apparent. I hide it well, if I go out to the beach or to the pool i wear my shorts high up lol. I dont have any hip bones showing that go down to my crotch which is what I really want cuz I've never had that.

Just keep trying to get shredded.
a test cycle is always good but you are close already so I wouldn't waste the money and effort. Just keeping eating well and hit the cardio. Everyones fat places come off last.

Looks like an LA Fitness locker room.

Careful with some of those newer 'lipo' treatments. A lot of them do NOT guarantee results.

I did lose like 90 lbs of fat already within the last few years, doesn't look like loose skin though just fat, but that could be my problem. I dunno, im addicted to this lifestyle so ya ill keep doing what im doing and hope for the stubborn fat to go away.

But I do want to jump back on aas, I love the stuff. My wife loves it when im on it 2 shes a freak lol. So I may go test, p with anavar, never have done an a.i. Whats recommended for that cycle, arimidex or aromisin?

Either Arimidex or Aromasin. Dose will depend on dose of anabolics used. I personally use Aromasin.

Aromasin has to be dosed ED. Common starting dose is 12.5mg. I personally use 12.5mg on TRT and up it to 25mg when I cycle.

Arimidex can be dosed EOD. Common starting dose is 0.25mg.

Lmao - I thought I was the only one

Hate these pockets of fatty shit

I'm not going the surgery route, recovery looks way too harsh for the result.

This year, I'm just gonna try to drop my Bf% into the high single digits & see how I look.

My 2 only real problem areas are the love handles & my fat tits. It's not a huge issue by any means, but my most evident fat is stored in those 2 spots. Hate that shit
