    Second blast/cycle critique

    185lb
    5 yrs lifting
    16-17% bf

    I'm planning out my second cycle and am looking for critiques and possible changes. I know I could get bigger with more but I'd rather err on the side of caution, regarding sides.

    W1-12 500mg Test C (250x2/wk)
    W1-4 30mg Dbol ED
    W1-10 200mg Deca (100x2/wk)
    Adex .5mg E3D

    No PCT, just back to HRT dosage.
    First cycle was 12wks Test C only. I know a some guys take 200mg deca just for joint support but how much noticeable difference can I expect over my first time around by adding in the low dose of deca and dbol? I also decided to up my calorie intake from 3500 to 4000/day for my next one. I think i left some gains on the table because I burn a lot of calories with my job. Also, should I take caber throughout or just have it in case I need it?

    Would it make sense to frontload with NPP untile deca kicks in, and for how long?

    What was your fist cycle and when? Also what results did you get?

    You're pretty light for someone who has already run one cycle maybe you should up your calories on your TRT dose instead?!

    you are def on the light side for your height. Agree that you may not be eating enough when off cycle. I think adex at .25 eod would be better or every third day. Cab may not be needed for that dosage but not a bad idea to have on hand. I always run it with tren at 350 mgs a week or more. Are you running hcg? would be a welcomed addition to your cycle.

    First cycle was end of last year. 500 test C/wk for 12 wks. I gained 10 lbs eating about 3500 calories a day. I've finally figured out that I need close to that much just to maintain my weight. I should have known that before, but I didn't really keep up with calories until cycle... Lesson learned.

    I would up the dbol to 40-50mg ed(imo) and deca lower than 300mg will just help your joints not much for size gains.

    I do have hcg that I bought on my own but havent used it yet. Im waiting to talk to my HRT doc about getting it prescribed. No reason I should have to get it from a UGL and I dont want to tell him I already have it.

    As far as the deca, i have enough to run 200mg/wk for 10 wks but if I'm not going to see ANY gains from it I'm probably not even going to waste my time with it.

    Deca for 12 wks min at 300mg min. Imo

    Thanks. I guess I'll just skip the deca or get some more before I start my cycle. My joints feel fine. Until then, I'll keep eating.
