An ECA stack would be a better option than clen for what you're looking for.
Or a pre workout drink. Some pack a punch so try different types before buying a lot of one brand. Example: one manufacturer will use a lot of caffeine and that just throws me for a loop. While others will need two scoops instead of one.
Depends on what you are looking for as a pre-workout. I usually do coffee with turbo shot for focus, and alertness. Doesn't really do anything for an insane pump or aggression. Some people load up on aminos. can't comment on your Clen as a pre-workout though
Clen doesn't have me a boost like caffeine does. I use a pre workout drink when my ass is dragging.
Like everything in life: see what works for you.
Also, I wouldn't recommend Clen before working out if you lift later in the day.
Clenbuterol will raise your blood pressure and for me personally, my heart rate so yes I suppose it does keep me up. A lot of people say not to take it after 4pm or so for a reason. However, as a pre-workout I do not like it at all. This is just my opinion but as it raises my heart rate I try to wait a little bit after I take it before I go work out to raise my heart rate further. Once again, just my opinion, but I feel like crap if I take it and work out shortly after.
Clen and coffee (caffeine) are nothing alike. Clen is not psychoactive, as it directly activates beta receptors, rather than stimulating an adrenaline release like most stimulants.
