Hi, I've got a cycle planned but am trying to get an idea of how conservative or risky it is in terms of side effects.
I'm 41 years old, 5'9", 182, with bodyfat of ~11-12%. I've been training for 10+ years, and have been plateaued for 8 of them, at current weight plus or minus 7-8 pounds, and bodyfat +/- 2% for that whole time, with those fluctuations depending mostly on how clean my diet is and how much sleep I'm getting.
I'm ready to do my first cycle; am working with a doctor's recommendation. Goals are to add 10-15 pounds lean body mass, while keeping bodyfat percentage no higher than it is today. Diet-wise, I've got a diet scoped to do 2,500 calories/day (275g protein, 220g carbs, 60g fat), eating clean 6 days a week with one cheat day. Training is 4-5 times per week, no major cardio planned.
Schedule is as follows:
- Mon: Test C/E (250mg)
- Tue: Deca (200mg) + B12 (1mg)
- Wed: Anastrazole (1mg)
- Thu: Test C/E (250mg)
- Fri: Deca (200mg) + B12 (1mg)
- Sat: Anastrazole (1mg)
Totals per week are:
* Test C+E - 500mg
* Deca - 400mg
* B12 - 2mg
* Anastrazole - 2mg
I'm ordering everything through a pharamcy; PCT is still to be determined with the doc who's helping me.
This is my first time; I want to keep it very safe & conservative with minimal risk of side effects so would like a sense of whether it fits that description.
