Brand new to the forum and I needed some input. I'm a 45 y/o who's been consistently working out for 30 years. I do a cycle once a year, and wanted to make sure what I was doing sounded appropriate for my goals / age. I'm 5'6", 175, and ~ 15% bf. My annual cycle goals are for leaning / cutting only. I am too short to want to gain any more size (don't want to look like a 4x4), just to get cut. I do 2 hrs of the stepmill weekly, and lift 3 days a week, and eat clean (high protein / low carb). My cycles have usually consisted of ~ 150 mg's of test a week, with 30-40 mg's of var daily. I use 250 iu's of HCG every 4 days along with an estrogen blocker twice daily while on the test. This cycle will last 6 months, but I only do the var for 4 months (may-august). My question is, I have enanthate 250 and plan on doing a cc a week (as mentioned above). Is that to much test weekly if I don't want to bulk up? Is being on Var 4 months too long and harsh of my liver? My blood work annually is good with exception to slightly elevated liver enzymes, and cholesterol is excellent. Thank you in advance for any input!
