0mg's for 0 weeks. Bro, these are questions you should have already answered yourself through research. If you had you would know you should not take anadrol by itself without test, also your a bit young, what is your height, weight, diet, training history, cycle history and body fat percentage?

im 5'9", weights about 203, diet is pretty straight forward lots of veggies, meats, fruits, yogurts, pretty much no fatty foods unless i get that really bad craving and i falter to it, i've been training for a few years now, i switch it up from heavy workouts to circuits. I have used pro hormones before i've stacked those a couple times. my body fat i think is about 19% right now
I've been as high as 15% and ran a cycle. Due to the extra fat, my BP jumped quite a bit and I had to up my AI because I was aromatizing more testosterone than normal. I definitely did not feel that well under those circumstances and won't run anything at that percentage again.
Now, even if you get your body fat lower, you still have a lot to learn about anabolics and especially nutrition. Head over to the nutrition section. Browse around and when you have an understanding of basic nutrition, post up your daily diet plan. There's a lot of knowledgable members over there.
I've done research and read allot about these and I've even read allot of things on this site, i thought i had a good understanding of it but clearly I'm not as educated as I thought i was on this. Normally without asking i would've just hopped right on it. Is there anything that you'd recommend using to help with weight loss besides a cleaned up diet?

Do a low dose run with a proper Ai & pct while running a harsh cal deficit
Running test on a cut is way better than natty - zero to no muscle fatigue while dropping fat fast
Like I said test, not just this BS - I ran that shit about 6 months ago with test/tren & it just gave me mad heart burn.

Enough said...research ! Don't try to use any gear before you get body fat under control, and learn more about what you're planning on doing AAS wise. Too many people on here inject themselves with stuff they know absolutely nothing about, then post questions on how to fix themselves.
