    What ele should i add?

    Good morning guys.
    Iam currently getting shredded and iam playing with the 3 following steroids.
    So...i "run" test/equipose and primo enanthate.
    I was thinking to add one more steroid though iam thinking to add:
    1)Tren acetate.
    2)Winstrol injection.
    3)Npp.
    Sure Tren is the best choice from benefits side but...sides.
    Winstrol?hmmmm....
    Npp? dno this compound at all.

    Hello guys thanks for the quick replies.
    Allright iam 24years old 1.85cm tall around 110kg.
    My body fat should be around 20%.
    Its my 3rd cycle,iam working out 4 or 5years in the row and
    my goal is lose body fat ofc(cut).

    I beg to differ. You are trying to throw compounds at a problem that, at 20% bodyfat! appears to be a lack of dietary knowledge or application of.

    Iam throwing compounds to a body with 20% bf who was bulking up 5months non stop and obviously i do so because i dislike the idea of losing (more) muscle while cutting.
    Dosages:
    Testo:500mg wk.
    Boldenone:500mg wk.
    Primo:500mg wk.
    Your diet plan to lose this fat?
    My diet plan to lose this fat is hard diet with no cheat meals at all(not gonna give details).
    Cycle history?I answered that question.

    I don't see why you feel the need to be offensive to BIB considering he was being honest and trying to get relevant information to help you.
    At 20% BF you will have increased aromatase activity and your BP will also be an absolute bitch to control.
    The fact you aren't willing to divulge your "diet plan" suggests you don't have one. Giving people a sample just demonstrates your knowledge, it does not mean they are going to rip you off if that's what you think is going to happen.
    And yes, you said this is your 3rd cycle, but you have given no information regarding what compounds you have previously used. Stating these will allow people to advise on what they may feel is most suitable to your current status.
    People here are helpful but you need to give them information in order to allow them to give you the best help possible.

    You made my day by telling me that i obviously dont have a diet plan just because i was too lazy write it down.
    Meal 1:70gr quaker/2whole eggs and 5 egg whites.
    Meal 2:250gr sweet potato and 200gr chicken breast.
    Meal 3:250gr sweet potato and 200gr chicken breast +Green salad.
    Meal 4:250gr sweet potato and 200gr chicken breast.
    Meal 5:250gr sweet potato and 200gr chicken breast.
    Meal 6:250gr salmon and green salad once more.
    -With my breakfast(meal #1) i take 2 Optimen Multivitamin pills.
    -10gr oil daily.
    -5gr salt daily.
    -I dont drink protein while cutting(replaced them with bcaa/l-glutamine supplements) and daily i consume 20gr bcaa and 20gr L-glutamine daily
    First steroid cycle i did was just testosterone propionate 100mg eod just to see how my body reacts(was cutting).
    Whole cycle lasted 2 months.
    Second steroid cycle i did was testosterone enathate and boldon.
    Both at 500mg wk,whole cycle lasted 4months.
    Third is the one iam doing right now(boldon/testo/primo).
    Testo/Boldon/Primo 500mg wk.
    Currently on 1rst month.

    Here's the lowdown facts you don't want to hear. You are fat, accept that and move forward to correct it. 2nd thing you are listing to yourself about your diet and training and you are trying to over compensate with gear. You have no business running gear with your current knowledge or stats. I hear no mention of ai's, pct, hcg you need to stop now. Shredded and 20% bf can't be in the same statement.

    There is more to diet than just eating foods that are rich in protein and complex carbs. It is essentially a formula that you use to tailor a diet specifically to you by calculating your TDEE, establishing a surplus then calculating how much protein, fat and complex carbs should be in that calculation. Your diet needs some work, remember gains are made in the kitchen.

    Iam moving forward to deal with my issue.
    You didnt heard about them(ai's, pct, hcg) cauze i didnt bother write them down too(didnt knew its necessary).

    Your diet kinda sucks...the macros may look ok for bulking, but I doubt you're getting enough micronutrients, fiber, etc.

    For the record not everyone here is a bodybuilder in the competitive sense. I play hockey and have an 80" reach which was useful when I used to train for boxing. You claim that's you but you have 20%bf you are just full of $hit.

    If that is you in your avatar at all, then I would assume you have some knowledge in nutrition. Going from the bodyfat in your avatar to 20% would be ridiculous. Did you bulk with doughnuts and have Little Debbie as your training partner? Like Cape said, post a pic of yourself currently. Otherwise, just shut up and leave.

    If you read more carefully you will see somewhere written that i was bulking up 5 months non stop so being on 20% BF sounds completely normal to me.
