too soon to start cycle?

Hi all. I am finishing up a cycle of Carnavar which is pretty much a PH for TREN . results were meh. i thought i would give a PH a try as i was getting sick of pinning and it is not the same at all! I took plenty of liver support on cycle and am currently on Nolva. The question i have would starting a test-e 10 week cycle be too soon if i start as soon as my PCT for this cycle is done? I dont want to jump in too quick if its only going to have negative effects. any help would be great. thanks!

also:

31 years old
13% BF
not 1st cycle
will be a 10 week cycle due to only having 20ml of 250mg/ml Test-E
Plan is Test-E 250mg every 3.5days along with Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day
PCT will be Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20 starting 14 days after last pin of Test-E

Same rules apply to PH as 'normal' AAS. Time on plus Pct should equal time off.

ok so let me make sure i have this right. if i do a 10 week cycle followed by a 2 week break and then 4 weeks of PCT (so 16 weeks total). I should wait another 16 weeks before starting another cycle? With this math doesnt that make it less than two cycles a year if it is 32 weeks total?

That's right. Although it gives you 2 cycles in the first year and closer to 1 in the 2nd.

Also, if you pick a shorter ester/cycle you have to wait less time.

The only other way is to get pre and post cycle bloodwork to check recovery.

awesome thanks. i guess i will just focus on cutting until the next cycle which will be around the summer. i will start the Test E cycle then. Thanks!
