So I hired a professional personal trainer. After discussions here is my current plan that we agreed on. 2IU HGH in morning and 2 after workout.
750mg Cyp / week
600mg Deca ( NPP ) / week
600mg EQ / week
30mg Dianabol tabs daily
Shots are split into 3 per week
Tabs are 3 per day
Consuming 235g protein daily
385 carbs
45 fats
4 litres water.
Feeling pretty dialed in....I am looking for feedback from knowledgeable individuals on here as you've all helped so much in my past.
