    Currently.....All or Nothing!

    So I hired a professional personal trainer. After discussions here is my current plan that we agreed on. 2IU HGH in morning and 2 after workout.
    750mg Cyp / week
    600mg Deca ( NPP ) / week
    600mg EQ / week
    30mg Dianabol tabs daily
    Shots are split into 3 per week
    Tabs are 3 per day
    Consuming 235g protein daily
    385 carbs
    45 fats
    4 litres water.
    Feeling pretty dialed in....I am looking for feedback from knowledgeable individuals on here as you've all helped so much in my past.

    Lot's of gear there......Not sure about your fats, just from looking at your protein and carb intake I would think fats should be around 70 or 80 grams.

    I don't no your stats but that's shit all food. Only 2900. Are you lean bulking? A lot of gear for little food

    Need to increase the fats and food intake. Fats aren't the enemy.

    Increasing the fats will increase ur calories. An increase of 50 gram fats will yield 450 calories (50g fat x 9kcal per gram of fat)

    I dont see the problem with 45g of fat...

    Fat are use primarly for endocrine fonction(making steroids hormone)
    If you are using gear you are shutdown so you.produce far less steroid comppund so your needs in fat are lowered...)

    Your fat is alright.

    What you need is accilaries.
    Arimidex/aromasin
    HCG
    Prami/caber/bromo
    Nolva
    clomid
    And BW

    I would say that if your PT
    B recommended you these accilaries. I think you are in good hand even if he is your dealer.

    I would still cut the EQ from your cycle due to his uselessness.

    But overall it do not seem exrremely bad, and should yield good result.

    4th cycle. 33years old 6feet tall currently 198 with about 22%bf. And yep....lean bulking kinda cutting. Have all the pct and others mentioned

    I would hold off with the cycle until you cut down to 15%, than clean bulk for some months and see that your diet and training is in check and you are able to progress. You seem to be pretty light for having 3 cycles under your belt.

    Started at 140lbs. At 30yo. Was up to 235. then life circumstances..

    I think you can do a test only cycle with great diet and cardio and be so much further ahead than using way to much gear for your stats and BF.
    I'm 5'10 198 and over 50 with BF under 15. It's about diet and exercise not the sauce.

    I agree wholeheartedly. Just trying to quicken the process. Plus I already had a few of the ingredients and wanted to use before expiry..hate to waste money and good gear.

    That's not the point. Your not ready regardless. Maybe to the point your to fat and will open yourself to side effects very quickly. Is not going to cut your fat, that is pure diet. I say again as an old guy in great shape it's your diet not the sauce.

    I'd agree with the rest bring the bf down, the sides come a lot easier and a lot faster with it that high. No one said anything about the gh, I would make one change there. Keep the 2iu in first thing in the am, your second 2iu shot should be pre workout not post.

    Sooo.. Just did a few tests and apparently the previous reading for my bf% was either way off or I've dropped a considerable amount in very short time. All tests done yesterday point to me being between 13-15% bf. As well as looking at reference pictures. Just curious, but does this change anything?

    Not 13-15% like you stated earlier, the original 23% would be closer.
