I would appreciate any advice and welcome any critique as I prepare for my Second Cycle. I'm looking to add lean muscle mass, and reduce Body Fat Bio: 45 White Male, 6'3" 221lbs, 17% body fat. No prior injuries, no health challenges (Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, etc.) My first Cycle was a disaster. My mistakes gathered around not having my PCT before I started, and uninformed on Arimidex and no plan. Now I know where to get answers! I began my PCT (Clomid & Novaldyx) a few days after my first 12 week Enanthate Cycle ended Feb 3, 2014. (350ml/week split to 2 pins).
I've acquired some Tri-Test 400 (Trenbolone Acetate 50mg; Trenbolone Enanthate 50mg; Trenbolone Hexahydrbenzylcarbonate 50mg; Testosterone Propionate 50mg; Testosterone Cypionate 200mg).
I am planning 2 pins a week of 200ml (Monday AM followed with Thursday PM) dosing 400 for the week. I've been training for 1 year now. Very confident in the Trainer I have hired. Train 5 out of 7 days with a different muscle group each day. I typically get 20-30 mins cardio after workouts. I hate to post my Training Stats.. Bench 185; Squat 135; Deadlift 135; Leg Press 270 - Rep Range 10-12. Diet is down to 6 small meals. Using Creatine, L-Carnatine & L-Glutamine, Preworkout Insanity Pump Fuel v2; and post workout AfterGlow. Getting in a gallon of water daily, I don't smoke and rarely drink. Would greatly appreciate the experienced guidance as to PCT, or anything I've overlooked. How much AI? When to start? What PCT is preferred? When to stat PCT? Thanks again a ton!
