Help On my first Cycle and Diet!!
Hi everybody,
I'm 26, 5'9'', 165 lbs, bodyfat 11%. I'm pretty lean and in a really good shape. have a clean diet and have been working out like 4 years. I'm about to mess with some gear to bulk up to 175lbs but lean. Here is my diet: total almost 2800 cal/day.
Meal 1: 1 medium banana, 2 whole eggs(I dont like eggs so just 2), 2 scoops of ON hydro whey, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Meal 2: 200g lean beef steak, 150g brown coocked rice, 240 ML natural grape juice
Meal 3: 150g grilled chicken breast, 100g grilled potatoes, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pre workout: 2 scoops of ON hydro whey, any kind of energy booster
Post workout: 2 scoops of ON hydro whey
Meal 4: 200g lean beef steak, 150g brown coocked rice
Meal 5: 150g grilled tillapila fish, a plate of greens salad, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
I take multi, zinc, vitamin c, fish oil pills daily.
Any thought or recommendation for my cycle. I appreciate that

165 to 175 can be done messing with food and training
And by messing with food I mean drop the damn shakes and eat real food.

ok - from your pics, you have some muscle and are quite lean. Obviously, you know something about training and nutrition. Nobody looks like that on accident. You have decent delts, so that's a plus. Guessing no pictures of wheels means they are crap (you are not alone).
Hit the nutrition section and learn to bulk. You are at a low body fat. At your age and natural test, see where that will take you. You don't suck now, but you have room to improve with nutrition at your age.
While you are at it, geek around on here. Look at what guys use - and why - and the quantities. You will not find a source, but some good information that will help you decide if the risk is worth the benefit. You look fit now. Do you want to risk erectile disfunction, low testosterone , depression, illness, prostate issues, etc, just to be big? see - done right, most guys recover well from a cycle. Even under the best condition, some don't. Some never do.
By the time you figure out how to add some muscle naturally (and I'm not saying you are tiny-small), and figure out what the risks are and what your first cycle should be, you will be ready.
Good luck, this is a good place to learn. Study up and let the pros / vets comments help you figure out if AAS will work for you.

Train another year and in that time
Nail your diet
Research AAs Ai hcg and pct
Then if you need to mess round has you put it read the stickie about first cycle by austinite.
