Advice needed
So...im 32, in good health and have been considering dosing for a while. I recently came across a deal on deca (oral), dbol (oral), and 3 weeks worth of winny. Should I stack these and would I achieve worthwhile results? Im brand new to this and dont want to screw myself up. Any advice would be appreciated.

First couple cycles should be test only cycles. If you do some research and post up your stats and cycle plan/PCT for it to be critiqued. Seems like to me that you should research some more before doing anything. Knowing exactly what's going on and having your diet in check is crucial

No bad idea. If you choose to start those are not the correct compounds to start with. Short cycle of test is your freind.

It good to finally read some useful replies instead of just being bashed for being ignorant. Thanks for that guys.
That being said... how short is a short cycle? What should my diet consist of?

You should already know your diet.. Like for years, if you haven't been dieting and training for years you should not even consider steroids .

I know what my diet is NOW... the question is what SHOULD my diet be. As for training, I've trained off and on for 10 years. Im 6'4", 240 lbs, and around 18% body fat. I'm just starting to do my research.

Thats not what I meant. You said I should know my diet...I know what my diet is now. I'm asking what my diet SHOULD be. Then I was saying "as for training" ive been lifting off and on for 10 years or so.

Oh like your macros? What you need to do is find a calculator, or i will find you one and link it to you. And are you bulking or cutting? I'm guessing cutting.

Thats exactly what I meant. Yeah, I want to cut. Does it matter if your first cycle is cutting or bulking? Like..."health wise"

The proportion of macros will also vary depending on your goals (e.g. Higher carbrotein ratio to gain; higher protein:carb ratio to cut bf).

Sorry i'm sick and my head is filled with mucus i did not notice you already posted your stats. Honestly i would suggest cutting your bf% natural then start a bulking cycle, i don't see why people use steroids for cutting, when you cut you're trying to lose fat and you wont gain a whole lot of muscle, why waste steroids and money cutting when steroids are meant to help build muscle? Steroids don't make you lose fat, exercising and dieting makes you lose fat. So i would just get that bf% around 12-14% then bulk with steroids, i'm not telling you what to do but steroids wont have any effect on fat loss.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
