It all depends on how your diet is and how your body reacts also. Everyone's different. Fine tune everything during your cycle to meet your body's needs (add calories, add cardio, decrease calories, etc). You'll notice if you're putting on sloppy weight or if you're not growing.

If it was me i would pick one goal. 8-10% or mass.(you can put on lbm dropping from 16% to 8% bf but it wont be alot) once you do that then adjust your cycle. As in if you want to drop to 8% drop the d-bol. If you want mass you can cut the t3 or leave it as 50mcg isnt to high of a dose. But i personally wouldnt shut my thyroid down for a mass cycle. Only a cut. But thats just my preference. Also can you tell me how you got 3041 for your tdee. Thats alittle high. I got 2445-2771 for you tdee (193lbs x .15%bf=28.95 193-29=163 x15 or 17= 2445-2771

I personally rather do a full long ester cycle. Running it now - Test E, Tren E & jump start it with a oral. I ran Drol not Dbol
Just because you're looking for a long recomp
Your diet will need to be so key on, very dry - No extra shit - Keep the cals a little low, but not extremely low.

Actually, in Octoner you were starting your first cycle of test e and d'bol.
What and when were the other 2 cycles you did?
Also, in December you were about to start pct from a prop cycle, what happened to the test e?NO SOURCES GIVEN
