    Adex

    Hello,

I just started a week ago the following cycle:

    Week 1 to week 12:
    100 mg test prop eod
    75 mg tren eod
    0.5 adex eod

    Week 6 to week 12:
    50 mg Winstrol ed

If ever start feeling nipple sensibility, should I increase adex from 0.5 eod to 0.5 ed or should I do 1 eod ?

Nipple sensitivity doesn't mean much. Could be any number of things. You need blood work to see if your adex dosing is sufficient.

    Agree with Docd.

    Live outside the US?

They have hormone tests in probably every country. Whether you can walk in and request one is a different matter. If that's the case look up symptoms of low or high E2 and complain to a doctor of those symptoms. See if he'll check them for you.

I don't think you actually need that much adex. .25 eod would probably do just fine. Better to be a tad high on your E2 than to crash it.

    Hey Kelkel,

Forgot to mention, with that cycle I'm running 250 iu HCG twice a week ...

U still advise only .025 adex eod ? Or with that i should go to .5 eod ?

Yes, I'd still go with .25. Then you really should pull BW mid cycle and check it with a sensitive assay. We preach this all the time but most don't really do it. This way you will see exactly where your at and how it's working for you. It's a great learning tool both for the current cycle and for future ones. Consider it.

Yes I would not increase my dose without blood work. You really need BW to make any adjustments otherwise you end up chasing your tail so to speak. High e2 and ow e2 have similar symptoms so its really hard to determine which you are dealing with. If your really concerned re the nipple issue throw in 10mg tamox/day along with .25mg adex eod. That should handle the nipple issue.
