I'll be starting up a cycle of test-p 50mg eod and Winnie 25mg ed soon with arimidex .5 eod... Should I run nolva to keep the water retention as low as possible too. P.S. I have a show in ten weeks and want to be as dry as possible. Thank you....

No Nolva during cycle, run hcg . Then Nolva and clomid after cycle

    Edit: 50mg eod of test?

Ok, I have hcg as well. I'm just trying to cut some of that excess water I normally retain. This is also the reason for such a low dose of test.

Run an AI to control your estrogen while on cycle. It'll help mitigate water retention.

Arimidex is what I'll be running. Just thought the nolva might help a little extra.
Wasn't nolva what was used b4 arimidex was available?

Nolva won't affect estradiol levels in your blood regardless of how it was used years ago unfortunately.

Keep sodium to a minimum and do cardio and of course e2 under control that's the best way to keep the water retention down.

Thank you! I'll just keep a close eye on my water retention and if need be bump up my arimidex slightly.

At 50mg EOD you may have zero need for any AI.

Especially with winny in the mix - your bound to crash your estro using .5mg eod (thats literally a TRT dose done with prop?)

To justify the .5mg of adex eod up the dose of test to 100mg ED then we'll be bangin (that is if this is not your first cycle..)
