What I used to do is stand against a doorway and reach around to the glute - the leg of the glute to be injected will be raised slightly off the floor so as to take the pressure off of it - then use the door frame to lean your tricep against (on the arm you are about to inject with) so it will push your arm closer over the inj. site - you can go in at an angle it's ok

Thank you for the help...i am slightly afraid of the thigh...but if someone can give me a landmark maybe that will help....i looked through the educational threads, but only saw some real shady spots...very 'nerve' raking if you know what i mean...
there's some good thigh inject pics on the board. try taking a hot shower and loosing everything up before you inject.
I always shoot trough my thigh and I never have any problems!

I like the thigh much more than the glute... It's a hell of a lot easyer to get to... I guess it depends on how many injections your doing. If your doing a lot you have to move around sometime. Happy growing and be safe!
Yeah the glute is less scary at first and less painful but once you get used to it you'll like the quad better - besides I couldnt reach my glutes if I wanted to anymore!!

Ok, that was lame, but it was too good to pass up.![]()
I too started with the glutes and got tired of getting cramps from turning to try to see where I was sticking...so I hit the thighs, and guess what, no problems man. Then I tried the biceps, and again, no problems (unless I hit them 2-3 days in a row). Calves aren't bad either...triceps are a little hard to get too, and delts hurts me like hell (must have a bunch of nerves or can't get the muscle relaxed..practically bend the pin). My advice is keep the injection volumes under 1.5cc per location and you will be fine. Greater than 1.5cc should go in the glutes, and just stick two sites near each other when going over 1.5cc, like an inch over. DO NOT go over 1cc in the biceps or calves or you won't be able to jack off or walk for a day...and do not hit the Johnson.

Always use GOOD septic practices; don't stick the same needle you pulled with, and never use the same needle...and always swab beore and after with a good rub in after the stick.
