vasodilators cause a paradox effect? HELP!!!

I lost all muscle pump and I have absolutely constriction blood vessels. I tried nitroglycerin, which dilates blood vessels and my blood vessels constrict even more and I was extremely cold! Just heart pounding tremendously. What does it mean? The problem with some internal organs?

Time frame?
Dose(s)?
Duration?
A full set of vitals including BP and HR?

Nitro only has a 2 minute half-life, so if you didn't lose consciousness and die of hypotension immediately, you're fine.

Depends on the amount of nitro you are taking. I'm surprised that it didn't give you a bad headache. Nitro pills/spray are normally given at 5 min intervals. Say you had S/S of a heat attack. If you were at a clinic you would get 3 pills with BP and symptoms checked every 5 minutes, then any 3 in the ambulance and 3 more at the hospital while waiting on your blood work. But they always monitor your BP due to it dropping your BP.

Cold will always causes vasoconstriction. The only internal organs that are going to be an issue with this would be your heart and kidneys. Look up the RAS system on Google and it will walk you through how this system works. I would not be taking nitro without talking with a doctor. If you have hypertension (HTN) you might get put on an ARB long before you would get put on nitro.

23 is young. See a doctor and read up on AAS and the young. Do mess with your body using buddies to tell you what to take and what not to take.
