    Finally got fist cycle gear

    So I finally got all my gear for my first cycle. I know I have asked this many times but still haven't got a consistent answer so I would ask one more time. I plan on running just the beginner cycle, but since I Crossfit and don't want to hurt my cardio I will drop the Test dose to 300 MG a week. So It will look something like this:

    Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 150 mg every 3.5 days (300mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    - Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

    PCT
    Begins wk 13 to wk 17

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    So my question is what do you think, will this help up may endurance and cardio and gain some strength? Also my current macro intake is 200-250G Protien, 150-200 Carbs and 50-100G fat, I plan to up it Carbs and fat by 50g while on cycle.

    im on week 5 of the same cycle as you except my test is 250mg/week.
    about week four i noticed my strength increase nicely and im feeling great. For me this is primarily for strength so i am not doing hard cardio, just 30min light 3-4 times weekly. My cardio has not become more laboured nor have i experienced any shortness of breath etc. I cant comment on improvement because i am not pushing my self that hard.

    I think he had a crappy source, who at first tried to rip him off by only offering what he was having problems selling. Once he showed some insight, they probably came clean and offered him what he asked for. Am I correct?

    Yea first connect was a bust, reached out to some old Navy buddies and got a really trusted source now. How do you guys feel about my cycle. I really need to increase cardio and strength. My connect swears just a test cycle at 300mg will increase RBC enough to make a good impact on endurance and strengthen gains.

    I think you will do well with this cycle for your goals, it looks as though you have researched what you need and have layed it out well

    Just remember with the long ester week 4-6 is when you will start noticing your strength and size ramp up

    My first cycle was 300mg/wk and I had nice noticeable gains.

    Now what about increase in speed and endurance, I mean like a 15 min all out workout, non stop. Well this kick in, and help my heart its usually already around 175-185 during my training.

    its hard to get an answer because most here are into weight training not high intensity interval type training. Theres only one way to find out now.

    Looks well researched for first cycle. Depending on your size, the test e dosage might be a tad bit low. Good luck!!!

    so I got Test C and Test E, but the Test C is Pharma. So I am going to run that, what would change if I ran test C? Also should my PCT change if I just run low dose say 250-330 a week?

    nothing changes buddy both test c and e are very similar, they are both long esters so you could use both of them in your cycle...
