Low sperm count on cycle

I currently cruise on 250 test e a week (trt) . Have been on it for several years now. I just started a cycle a week ago adding 300mg nandrolene deca and bumping my test up to 500 mg a week. My wife and I had sex last night and when I had an orgasm nothing came out. It felt good just shooting blanks. WTF? My testicles are not shrunk but I have a soreness running down both sides of my ball sack. Anybody ever experienced this. I have never had an issue with low sperm

Why is this a surprise? Using exogenous steroids will eventually result in diminished sperm load and motility. The longer the use, the greater the suppression.

Have you ever run HCG at all?

Yes I run hcg and clomid at least once a year

Motility? Why would it result in motility?

i think you're talking about decreased semen volume, not low sperm count (to diagnose this, you'll need to send your fresh semen to a lab)
