    What do the experts think?

    Hello,
    I'm 23 years old, 180cm, 67KG. I have been gyming for 2 years. A very hard gainer and I referred to steroids for that reason last year. I have done few cycles before lead by my trainer. He suggested Trenbolone Ace 300mg/week, Test Ace 300mg/week, Test C 300mg/week. For 6 weeks only and then he added HGH 4 units EOD. I haven't gained much and no changes in weight after 9 weeks. I have been eating right clean food, 3 meals a day, 2 protein shakes in between. I have fought with my trainer 'cause some people said he ripped me off with fake steroids for money since not gaining weight is impossible.
    This year, I decided to start my own cycle since I'm able to buy steroids myself and inject myself. I started 2 weeks ago with this following cycle plan.
    Week 1 - 9 Tren Ace 300/wk
    Week 1-12 Test Ace 300/wk
    Week 3-12 Equipoise 800mg/wk
    Week 3-12 Sustanon 900mg/wk

    Then stop 2 weeks before PCT
    Clomid
    Nolvadex
    Arimidex

    How is my cycle? Should I get rid off any and include other steroids?
    I know my cycle started wrong due to esters length and kick in time for the Equi. and Sust. But I only had me hand on these this Saturday. I'm at week 3 now. I really want pure muscles without water retention and bloat. I train 6 times a week. Here is the week plan at gym.
    Bi-Chest/Tri-Shoulders/Bi-Back/Bi-Chest/Tri-Shoulders/Bi-Back/day-off
    Then restart the following week and so on.

    Note: I only inject on my outer thighs because I injured myself twice with butt injection and I find it painful to inject Bis Tri and chest!

    What was your cycle last year? Too many compounds for a second cycle. I suggest sticking to test only with hcg and ai alongside. Nolvadex and Clomid for pct

    Either your gear was bunk or the diet and training were off. Stick with test only as stated above with the ai and hcg during. 6 weeks isn't very long for the test c either

    And my expert opinion is you should beat the hell out if your trainer. He's putting you in danger and doesn't care.

    Morning: 9am had 6inch wheat bread sandwich from Subway (chicken breast and 6 slices of smoked turkey inside)

    2 hours later, 100gram of whole wheat flakes with 350ml low fat milk

    2 hours later, Amino Acids shake before the gym.

    1 hour after the gym, 200grams of white rice boiled with 300gram lamb meat boiled.

    3 hours later, 400ml low fat milk

    1 protein 20gram shake before bed.

    I am also stuffing myself with Amino Acid pills with the main meals..

    Do you eat any food besides the 2 meals? Dont replace food with shakes. Diet needs a LOT of work. Forget the aas

    I find it really hard to eat anymore than that.. My stomach won't allow any food in..
    Do you suggest replacing some of my in between meals with big meals?

    What these guys said.

    You are 5'11 and 147lbs. You just need to eat. Then eat some more. And more. AAS should be completely out of the question until you gain almost 20kgs.

    You have to push your food intake. Without more food, you cant support more muscle. That is why your first cycle didn't help at all. Also, whoever sold you tren on a first cycle should do some research too. Good luck..

    Hmm I thought my food intake was fine for a 150lbs and 5'11 man...
    That stupid guy was a trainer at the gym and his body is huge though.

    you are not eating close to enough. I suggest hitting the nutrition forum you can make plenty of gains natty

    At how small you are, and given the information you shouldn't be taking steroids. Need to learn to eat and train properly. This has nothing to do with being a "hard gainer" and everything to do with not knowing what you are doing.

    Like stated above your diet is wack, needs a lot of work, you need meat to grow! Shakes are for post workout only in my opinion, and if it comes down to missing a meal or a shake you take the shake over not eating, but those situations should be rare if ever! Try getting 1.5lbs of meat a day, ground beef is super easy to cook and bulk and pound back pretty quickly and easily, chicken, get your eggs/ egg whites in there too, when trying to put in size, eat till you are full then eat a little more.

    Besides your dieting being whack your training split makes no sense at all. No wonder you aren't growing you can't recover! With that frequency on your arms they are probably shrinking even with gear. And you don't have a LEG day! That's a huge reason why you aren't growing, train your legs and your entire body will grow! Try a split like this

    Day 1 Legs
    Day 2 chest
    Day 3 off
    Day 4 back
    Day 5 shoulder
    Day 6 arms
    Day 7 off

    So much wrong here. Stop the cycle. Get your diet where it needs to be. You are not going to gain off this cycle or any other until you eat properly.

    Oh and you are setting yourself up for some big problems by only rotating two injection sites with short ester compounds.

    Dude, I can't believe you thought you were eating enough! That's like nothing mate. You need to physically force yourself to eat a few extra calories a day and eventually (like myself) you'll be struggling to stop at 3500/day. Good luck man! Try some liquid calories maybe? Make your own shakes, top stuff to add good oils/natty PB/oats. All bump cals up and mixes/tastes good.

    Ditto on the need to increase food intake significantly. A year or so ago, I thought I was eating enough and I ate a bit more than you do at this time. I now eat slightly over 3 times more. I didn't get there over night and I made mistakes along the way. Nutrition is still a struggle and far more difficult than working out hard, in my opinion. Follow the nutrition forum - it is extremely helpful. Keep pushing to eat more and eat as clean as possible. Use shakes as a supplement, not a replacement. Good luck.

    I know I am just echoing here but diet is THE most important thing. Every one here telling you to eat more is spot on. I would advise using a phone app called LoseIt. It will help you track not only your calories but also your metrics, fat, carbs, protein, sugars... Once your calories go up you will gain a lot of strength without gear!

    Dont eat like a pig. I did that for years, ate everything in site for years and couldn't gain weight. It's makes a big difference what you eat and when you eat it. Diet is 100% key to gaining weight/size/muscle vs fat.

    As for the routine done forget to change things up ever 90 days or so or you will get to use to one routine and your muscles will slow down on growth. You need to shock your muscles ever 90 days or less.

    do not depend on protein shake too much, take post workout shake, and another protein shake rest of the day, and consume solid food more, it will help you to gain..

    im blown away at your trainers ignorance especially the hgh it needs to be run for at least 6 mos to even start to see the benefits...he was out for your $ and he scored...good on you to break ties with that douchbag...as far as your cycle, like was said before its to many compounds and you are way over your head here on your second cycle...good luck...

    prototypex, today is a new day. You are in the right place to learn and become the man you want to be. I know you are getting a lot of advice and it feels kind of overwhelming right now. Don't let it bog you down. The advice is very simple if you follow it.

    1 - 100% quit taking all the stuff you are putting into your body.
    2 - Go to the nutrition section of the forum, post your diet and read all the stickies Clean food intake will make you grow without drugs
    3 - Advice here is free, from doctors, med students, and nutritionists (nobody will benefit financially by giving you bad advice)

    If I was selling ostrich eggs, I would tell you that the fastest way to get big and ripped was to eat ostrich eggs. Your trainer was obviously gaining financially from the advice he was giving you. Good that you realized it now instead of later.

    The forums here are one of the most valuable sources of all information to improve yourself in whatever direction you want to take. Even if you get one douche that gives horrible advice, 5 other members will let you know it. This site will help you reach your natural potential. and when you hit that or get close to it...they will help you safely go to the next level.

    Good luck man, it's a hell of a journey and you will be shocked what you will achieve when you do things the right way. There are no shortcuts.

    You want to know how to eat more food? You have to train yourself to eat more food. Start by adding 1 more meals in your day. Don't feel like eating? Tough, force it down. If you do it long enough, your stomach will stretch and your digestive system will adapt. And you'll find yourself able to eat more and more food. After you get used to that meal, add another one.

    And by the way, a 6" sub isn't enough calories to fuel any muscle mass. You cannot support muscle mass if you're not consuming enough food. Steroids wont do you any good. You'll just screw your body up and not gain anything from it.
