    40mg anavar (No hate)

Hello everyone, Ive been on Anavar for 9 days now 40mg ed.( willing to run it for 6 weeks) And to be honest, nothing is happening. ( my source is trusted and pills are verified)

I've seen no vascularity nor pumps yet, same Bf% and im on a 4 meal diet. (turkey, egg, chicken breast etc..)

I'm hitting cardio twice a week doing 30-30 HIIT for 40 min each. should I hit cardio more ? I want to lose at least 3% bf.

    stats :
    Age: 23
    weight: 82Kg
    Height: 182 cm
    Bf% : 17-18%

    and I train 6 days a week.

What's your diet like? And need test. And more cardio if you need it to get your calorie deficit where it needs to be for your goals.

yes you should do more cardio if loosing bf is your goal...anavar doesn't do it by itself...diet is really the key to hitting your goal as well as cardio imho...have you even calculated your tdee or are you just winging it?...

Your pumps are probably non-existent because of a lack or carbs. Do you have a macro breakdown or at least trying to hit some many grams of carbs/protein/fat per pound of body weight (or lean mass for protein)?

By looking at your meal plan, I can already tell its low on carbs and no too high on fat. If you are doing low-carb, that's your choice, but you need to have higher fat. Same goes for low-fat, you need more carbs. By getting the majority of your calories from protein, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Head over to the nutrition section. There are a lot of guys over there who will guide you in the right direction.

Also, you might want to re-check that TDEE. 2100 seems pretty low. Was it your BMR that was 2100?

Anavar only cycles some do some don't. Personally not my thing. But really if you were to do something like this I'd say run low dose test and drop bf first and then add some var. More benefit from var at lower bodyfat levels.

If lower bf levels is what u want diet is what you need to master not rely on chems. This is very difficult for most people starting out. Little bit of cardio and weight training...80% diet. Key to low bf levels. Too keep as much lean tissue as possible most guys have to run aas.

Also you are 23. I wouldn't advise using gear at that age maybe if you were competing but still. You should be eating six times a day if you aren't changing with 4 meals. You really don't know your body yet so this will be an experience for you. Best of luck...shouldn't be very hard with some discipline, knowledge, and dedication.

Sounds like you thought you had magic pills. Sorry buddy it's the hardwork and diet that dictates results.

No, what I expected atleast some pump and vascularity, that what I read on over 100's of Anavar threads.

maybe your just expecting to much from anavar ..if you didn't have vascularity to begin with it not going to just immediately come out cus your on aas...as far as the pumps go well maybe your just trying to lift to heavy and in turn not really pumping up your muscles, instead just going through the motions...try lightening up the weight a bit, use perfect form and range of motion and see if you get a pump...I see peeps all the time lifting more than they should using half the range of motion, struggling through 4-5 reps and wondering why there not seeing any progress...just saying...

You will not notice anything until week 3 or 4. Completely normal.

    Thanks

At 18% bf visual results would almost always be disappointing.
