Starting var10 have questions
Question is this is my first time with aas and I want to make sure I'm doing this right I know the amount to cycle with the var but is there a product that I need to be taking along with it to protect the liver? And also when I'm done with my first cycle do what do i take on those 3 to 4 weeks off of the var so i don't loose any gains...'or is there a need??

My first week on var ...day 4 , and I am taking 10mg a day split doses...

10mg? Are you female? That's hardly any. And stats are height weight bodyfat age things like that...

Yes I am a female 27
5'5
138 lbs
18% body fat
I am looking to bulk up a bit more with lean muscle and loose a little more body fat at the same time..

Okay. Huh... Well what can I take with this or drop this and get something else to help achieve my goals of adding lean muscle and loosing a little more body fat...
I want to have serious gains but with out serious side effects .. Just enough to get me where I want to be...

Second cycle made her a bit more toned but her diet was maintenance calories and not below her TDEE so her total weight didn't change much. Her legs showed most of the results (again cardio training mostly). Biggest difference was sex drive at 25mg.
The third cycle will be 25mg/d with diet adjustments. Her goal is to return to her modeling weight which was 102lbs.
