    Just wanted to introduce myself to the board. I've been training through much of my 20's and have decided that big and hard is the way to go. Looking forward to learning from the experts and becoming as big of an anabolicreview.com addict as many of you already are. Here's my stats.

    Years Training: 7
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 175
    Goals: Right now, to get over 200 lbs, but stay hard
    BF: Less than 10%
