Questions on first cycle in 16 weeks

I am relatively new to AAS this being my third cycle, but not to lifting and training. I am reaching out to get suggestions on how I can maximize this cycle and receive optimum results.

My last cycle was flat and I saw virtually no gains. There were some negative factors like inconsistency due to work and travel and also poor diet. I was taking 1cc a week of Nadro Deca 250ml and 1cc of Depo Test 250ml followed by a daily dose of creatine and an amino stacker pre and post workouts.
Along with a less than disciplined diet, I was inconsistent with workouts and also my injections (skipping a week here and there).

For this next cycle I am using Nandro Deca 250ml and Depo Test 250ml along with creatine and amino's pre and post. I have changed my diet (no sugars, very low carbs with high protein and veggies). I was planning on doing 1cc a week of each on different days to alternate. For example, Nadro on Wednesday and Depo on Thursday. I am working out 4 days a week using a split routine. This routine consists of heavy sets and failure sets within each day for the particular muscle groups.

My questions and suggestions I am asking about and looking for advice on are as follows; 1. Is 1cc of each a week the recommended dosage to see results in a span of 8-10 weeks? 2. Should I consider adding or taking anything away from my diet during my cycle? 3. Are there other supplements I should consider incorporating into my routine while on AAS?

    Some basic stats about me:
    6'1
    210
    Body fat index approx. 16%
    Age 38

Thank you in advance for your responses

You make no mention of an A.I. And HcG also? I trust both are to be included? I'm not a pro but the Deca at that dose will probably yield you very little if nothing if you only run for 8 weeks, Deca is long lasting. Also, that is very low dose for Tes considering its a cycle and not TRT. You will get better advice from more knowledgeable but I'm thinking double the Tes.

If you're looking for results, you better have a stronger commitment to DIET. What is your calculated TDEE, planned caloric intake daily and macro split.

If you neglect any of the above you are setting yourself up for failure regardless of your cycle.

Steroids will never compensate for a lack of food. You only gain when you are eating to drive growth.
