I did a search on Google and understand how it works. Still not sure about dosing, how frequently do I need to pin and precautions I need to consider.

I disagree with the loading protocol outlined in that thread, I find using .5mg 30 mins prior to tanning works very well and means you use less and get the same results without loading.
