    6th Day on DNP, I Need Advice

    Here I am on my 6th day and still nothing, I'm taking 250 mgs ed, today I decided to up it to 500 mgs to see what happens. I'm gonna take 250 mgs every 12 hours, I took the second cap 30 mins ago.

    This is my first DNP cycle, the source is trusted, my caps are DNP crystal. I think it's taking so much time to build up in the system, and I don't think the caps are under dosed.

    I started the cycle at the end of a very successful t3 cycle, and now I'm taking 25 mcg of t3, I'll stop it at the end of this 10 days cycle. My diet is great, my workout was bad last week, I think it's the DNP, that's why I'll only be doing moderate 30-45 mins cardio sessions.

    I'm also taking multivitamins, anti histamine, 3 cups of green tea, vit c, bananas (for potassium) and milk (for calcium).

    By the end of this cycle I'll start a test e - tren a - var cycle (4th cycle). Currently I think I'm around 14 % bf.

    Any advice?

    You did a cycle with t3 prior...
    You are now on DNP.

    You are willing to use tren after DNP

    And you are still 14%...

    Its most certainly not what you want to hear, but my advice is to head nutrition section and drop the poison right now...

    So you're not getting the results that you want so your going to DOUBLE the dose of a compound that can KILL you???? If it were me I would SLOWLY raise the dose. Scratch that - If it were me I wouldn't be doing it in the first place.......But it's not me so I stand by my previous statement.

    What's the problem with using t3 prior and doing tren after?

    I'm not sure I'm 14 % maybe less, but noway more, I can see my abs without squeezing. My plan is to lower the bf and I'm not gonna touch tren unless I'm at least 10 %

    Some people had between 800 and 1200 mgs of DNP which is crazy, I won't exceed 500 mgs, also as I have seen on forums people are usually on 600 mgs and they lose around 16 lb an around 2 weeks. My goal is to lower my bf to start my tren cycle. I also cannot raise slowly, cuz as I mentioned the problem is that the caps are dosed at 250 mgs. I have also seen that people had great results at as low as 125 mgs eod and standard doses are 200 mgs ed, but all that in cycles longer than than two weeks.

    Note: I have started t3 at 21 % bf for about 10 weeks, I lost so much fat and I can see my abs, I cannot measure the % accurately, but still wanna lose more fat on DNP to finish my next tren cycle at around 5 %.

    The problem is:
    T3 is a HIGHLY effective compound and you should be able to drop to 10% with it.(I assume anabolics were use to for preserving muscle)
    But you got to only 14%(which you should have been able without any drugs)
    started the most potent and the most dangerous, and life threatening fat burner.
    Still considere the harshest, strongest anabolics, to get to 10%.

    10% is a respectable BF and pretty close ideal IMO.

    But needing this route to reach it tell me that your diet is far from.optimal.

    That is what's the problem...
