First Cycle ever 31 years old. I need some advice!

I'm a 31 year old male, trying to lose weight and gain muscle I'm about to start taking Test Propionate injections. My friend says to take 2 shots a week and my vile should last 10 weeks or so.
I have a few questions for other users.

    1.Will i lose my hair?
    2. Do i need to take anti-estrogen pills? if so what brand should i take and can i get it at the GNC
    3. I read about high chlosteral and high blood pressure, How can i offset that while on test?

    Thanks for any advice!

What is your current body fat percentage? Anything over 15% increases estrogen and cardiac risks and you'd be better off dropping body weight first.

Propionate is a short ester and needs to be dosed every other day for optimal use.

You should use an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex (.25mg EOD) or aromasin (12.5mg ED). No, these cannot be purchased at GNC.

I recommend adding HCG to your cycle.

    What is your planned PCT?

Make sure you are fully aware of ALL risks. Shutting down your neuroendocrine system can have long term implications.

Hair loss is affected by the rate of reducing testosterone to DHT. Some are more prone than others and genetics plays a role.

Flavio you need to heed the advice above and hold off a bit. Take some time to self educate and prepare. Read Austinites Educational Articles Data Base at the top of this forum. Specifically the one regarding successful first cycles.

Thanks for responding. I'm about 5'11 256 pounds so I would assume my body weight is more then 15%. I really dont have a pct. I'm a newbie and I know is from the research i read online and from my friend that supplies it. The risks I have read are Gynco, higher blood pressure, higher chrolestral,. I guess my other question now for you is it dangerous for me to start taking test if im overweight? I figured it would help me burn fat faster and make my gym sessions not as sore

Side effects are exacerbated when BF% is higher. I don't know if I'd be listening to your buddy. Taking advice from the guy supplying is never a good move....
I'd visit the nutrition forum here and get some help from the Vet's there. Free Nutritionists willing to help is not a bad deal. Nutrition is everything when it comes to fitness so that is step one. Then when you get back to fighting weight you'll be ready for that first cycle as well as educated toward it.

Please take the time to read the articles I suggested. It will educate you far more than your friend will.
