Help (cycling w/low test) ?
Hi
Stats:
sex: m
age:22
weight:82kgs
height:6" 3
bf%: ?
cycle history:
Been cycling on and off for 3 years. Last cycle ended back in october 2013 which consisted of test e 500mg/pw for 10weeks. Was 88kgs at the end of this cycle now @ 82 and skinny
My latest blood test got done this year in late February and my total test came back at 11.0 (10-33) my lh and fsh were in middle range. My endo has said all is fine but I'm having symptoms such as; lethargic, low libido, slight depression, feeling weak etc.
So my question is I'm keen to keep cycling and put on muscle but because I already have low testosterone in my system will taking test e @500mg/pw do anything or would I need to take 750-1000mg pw?
Maybe someone could suggest a good cycle for my condition. I understand taking more aas is going to even further damage my endocrine system but I'm fine with taking TRT if it comes to it.
cheers

That amount per week for a cruise is wicked high! Did you use hcg on your cycles as well as follow solid pct protocols? How about your off cycle diet? Are you eating enough quality calories? Not trying to be a dick but I would look into these things first. Trt dosages are in the 125 mgs a week range, not 500 plus. At your age I would really consider trying to get yourself straightened out without year round use like that .... Just going too make your problems get worse.

500mg/week is a cycle dose not a cruising doses...
If you want to cruise(TRT) you have two option.
Conservative(preferable for longterm): 50mg each 3.5 days, likely no need for AI and hcg 250UI E3.5d.
With that you will be in normal range, depending on how you react you could expect mid-upper range.
The other option
TRT with benefit: ( good for keeping gain and make some, less ideal for longterm but still pretty safe IMO)
100mg E3.5d with HCG. You are likely to need an AI.
You are likely to be over normal range.
Or the other option that I think is not needed
Cruising hard:
250-300mg/ week...
I'm personnally doing the second one, and thats the one I recommend
When you are old enough and/or your goal has changed, you should consider the first option.
But at 22, I say make the best of a bad situation.

You need to consider finding a competent doctor who will assist you in getting your test levels back to normal. If your LH & FSH levels are mid range then the issue may be testicular in nature. You're young, find the problem and fix it if possible. Cycling is not "fixing" it. Hopefully you did not do permanent damage to yourself by cycling at your age.

I did run PCT on my last cycle with nolva and clomid (no hcg or ai), 2weeks after my last pin which was N-40/40/20/20 C-75/75/40/40.
The reason why I want to keep using gear is because to be honest my life feels like sh*t without it. I have a decent high calorie diet and training program that I stick to but don't put on any size without gear in the mix. This could be due to my high intense labor job (sweating constantly) or having a fast metabolism. Also when I come off a cycle I go back to being skinny usually within 2-3months and I struggle to pick up women, maintain energy at work and perform in the bedroom etc.
For eg, if I was to run say 250-300mg test e p.w (with hcg and ai) and follow through with proper pct most likely my natural test will drop below the (10-33) range and therefore my endo will prescribe TRT which is what I'm leaning towards.
Because this gets me back to where I want to be size wise plus because I don't see my test lvls increasing naturally, this should means my endo will put me on TRT.

You really dont no how to eat and train and cycle if you loose everything after your cycle. Theres no excuse there. Dont do anything until you talk with your endo. Your causing damage to your body mate.

I wish all of the younger guys would read this post before deciding to start too young, prime example right here. All of those symptoms are possible symptoms of low-t. While your levels are in the average range, they are in the low end of the spectrum for your age. Please go to the endo, that will help you more than any of us could without bloods.

no point cycling with lowT levels. all your gains will soon melt away when you're off cycle and your T goes low again.
if your dr won't treat you, find another dr.

Decent doesn't cut it when it comes to nutrition.
Look, you really need to determine the cause of your issue with a good doctor. Your problem may be correctable! It could be a thyroid issue, cortisol, prolactin or testicular as previously stated. Find the problem, fix it. Then work on your nutrition and training. Don't just jump on TRT as a band aid. I could not imagine being on TRT for 60 years! Not that it's hard or time consuming but seriously, who wants that issue if they don't have to.
