    gyno while not on anything??

    so I haven't done any kind of steroid in probably 5 years recently I did a winter bulk and gained about 20 pounds over 3 months and no I have lumps behind both nipples and they are kinda puffy I thought it would go away after I leaned back out but it didn't any advise??

    Sounds like you gained some fat behind those nips. I wouldn't worry about it if you weren't on cycle

    well its been 2 more month and I have leaned out quite a bit but my nipples are still puffy and there is obviously a lump behind them and it actually hurts so I don't really think its fat. maybe take some letro or nolva??

    Get blood work to find out the cause and then treat.

    Blood work is crucial. Gyno is either from elevated e2 (the usual cause) or an out of whack androgen/estrogen ratio.
    Only blood work will tell the true tale.

    Exactly. Get some blood work tomorrow at one of those walk in clinics and post the results on this thread.

    From there we can help you out where to go from your results.
