post cycle pump relief?
Hello, I was wondering for any of you guys that had bad pumps on cycle, how long after stopping your cycle did it take for the pumps to go away? I was running 300 mg/ wk test prop, 300 mg/ wk mast prop, 20 mg/day var and 25 mg/day tbol and finished my cycle but its been a week and I am still crippled by back and shin pumps. even chewing meat gives me jaw pumps still.

You are going to have to be a little more clear on what you are referring to as a pump. When I hear pump I think of an increase in a temporary increase in muscle size after working out, or maybe penis pumps. In that case I am pretty sure the term bad pump is an oxymoron in my mind
You make it sound like it is cramps. If it is cramps then I would suggest monitoring your water intake, diet, particularly your potassium and taurine levels.

The back pumps described can last a few weeks into pct, blame the tbol for that and the extra water your probably still holding
I once got back pumps so bad vacuuming the house while on dbol I had to lay on the floor for almost an hour, my wife came home to find me on the floor, while laying there I was just like.....Im sick of this vacuuming shit, here you finish up

ohhhh now I know what you are talking about, whew. My statement remains the same regarding water and especially the taurine. That's what helps me. I have never had them in my back although some say weak back/hamstrings make it worse, I am not saying that is why in your case, but just make sure you don't neglect them if you are. I have had them in my shins but really only Deca and Tren seem to do it to me. Regular old test cycles don't do anything at all.

Last year I tried running 200mcg daily of clen without taurine. BIG MISTAKE. I dehydrated and cramped so bad I had some people insisting on taking me to the hospital. Couldn't make it up a flight of stairs for the life of me.

OP, are you a female? Those doses are a waste of anabolics.

Dianabol gives me crazy lower back pumps, that's why I never go over 30mg a day when on it. Taurine doesn't do anything, only thing that helps me is cutting down on carbs and eating as little sodium as I can....
