pain in right shoulder. any idea?

can do al excercises up to my 100% bench press, military

but I still get this pains when moving my arm above my head.

If I push with my finger where the clavicule and the acromion meet I get this pain
    what ligaments are involved there?

Is a complex b inyection going to get the pain away? Doctor told me it could be the clavicle and acromion are touching but just send me therapys I still get the pain.

any help or advice is greatly apreciated bros

Theres no way of knowing what is hurting without a lot of tests being done. Could be bursitis could be a strained rotator cuff, could be ligament damage. You probably need to get some scans done

While you are getting your body checked by the doctor, ensure you are checking your workout routine out as well. Make sure if you have cycled before you didn't gain too much muscle too fast and are putting a strain on your shoulder. Also be very careful about shoulder exercises where your arms go above your head, our bodies were not designed to put much pressure in that form effectively.

^^^ Agreed, get it checked out. Complete guess here. If you have 100% strength but pain, likely not a rotator cuff tear. Instead, you may have either a bone spur or tear of labrum. ... then too, it could be muscular or nerve impingement. Best of luck!

I would like to add that it is hard to tell what a B inj. will do for you if we do not know the true nature of the injury. I would be more concerned with finding out the nature of the injury and pinpoint the cause so as not to make the same mistake twice. I have been down this road before, I feel your pain.
