Question..

Do wellness clinics or anti-aging clinics access the same health records my GP does?

Curious if getting a script from both for trt is an option that would allow for stockpiling over time and running a cycle.

Not without your signed consent. Its a HIPPA thing. But they can look up your controlled drugs on the DEA website that pharmacies use but that is mostly for Narcotics. If you do get two doctors writing make sure you fill at different chain pharmacies. If you try to fill at a pharmacy that has the same drug info on it they will notify both of your doctors. So one at a apothecary and one from a chain. If insurance pays for one then tell the other one you pay cash and dont have insurance. Your insurance company will tell on you as well.

Big talh that is no longer the case. In certain states like mine. There is now a centralized system where all prescriptions can be checked(but mostly class 3 controled substances, which testosterone is) so op i highly recommend you do not try this. You will eventually get caught! Im sure muscleink can elaborate on this more then i can.
