I eat about 4-5 times a day, mostly prepare my own meals since I prefer to eat organic food chicken/sirloin/brown rice/pasta/oatmeal and some pizza and sushi here and there.
I dont know about specifics but I did have a chef make meals for me for about 3 months last year when I was trying to bulk up, but couldn't afford to continue and so he recommended a few recipes i can make at home and said I should eat smaller portions spread out through the day.
I used to weigh about 135 and in that year i jumped to 150 but Ive been going up and down up until i started the cycle now I am 160
