    1st cutting cycle please help

Hi everyone ive been reading and doing some real research on doing my very 1st cycle ever, im doing this for 2 reasons one is to strengthen my body as I had a accident back in july and im looking to strengthen the areas that had gotten affected the other is to lose the weight I put on in the time I was laid up. Im going to start a cycle of test p, eq, and tren ace, now from the research ive done it would be 250mg of test per week weeks 1-12, 400mg of eq weeks 1-8 and 50 mg of tren ace weeks 7-12, and my diet would consist of protien and veggies as well as whey protien and glutamine to help the recovery from my work outs and I do have a pct for this as well. How many bottles of each would I need and does this seem like a good layout, here are my stats
    Age: 25
    Height 5'9
    Weight: 245
I know my weight seems high but I do work out and do have a solid muscle foundation please let me know as soon as possible as I would like to start my cycle at the beginning of the month

cycling is not something you do to lose weight.

Eating right and doing cardio is what you do to lose weight.

If you are recovering from an accident in july then all steroids are going to do is give you the strength to hurt your self more. At 5'9 245lbs I'm assuming you're at a minimum 22-25% bodyfat, so you run a high risk of estrogen
    related side effects.

Also you said you're doing research? I don't think so. No one should be doing Tren on a first cycle. And no one should be mixing 3 different compounds on a first cycle.

All your problems can be solved through our nutrition and training forum. Good luck

What he said, test only on first cycle and your BF is going to be to high so you run the risk of gyno and you didn't say that you had any AI at all with that cycle or a PCT program. Sounds like you need to put the gear in the drawer and get to the nutrition forum. Eat right, workout and rehab correctly and you will be good to go. If you want to cycle later you have the start of what you need, but you need to do a lot more research.

Thank you ive tried the whole dieting and eating 6 meals a day and just had protien and veggies and have not been able to cut the fat instead I just keep getting bigger as in muscle mass not fat, I work at a gym and use the bmi reader, im currently at 18%, unfortunately they are cutting my workers comp physical therapy cause "im too strong" and therefore to their reasoning I dont need any more physical therapy. I do low weight high reps and work out for about 3hrs depending how busy it is which includes 2 hours of lifting and and hour of cardio, and work out 6 days a week also I do labor intensive work. One of the trainers that I work with suggested this stack since he has seen my workout and sees where I am for strength, im not knowledgeable in this area and thats why I asked, so with this extra knowledge about me what do you suggest?

Here is some info on my accident so you can guide me better, both my legs were crushed by a 800-900lbs scissor lift I was pinned underneath it in a w sitting position, I ended up with crush injury in both my quads, my right leg had bone bruising slight mcl tear the bone was fractured thru and my acl was completely gone, my left leg had bone bruising and a slight mcl tear, I had my acl reconstruction surgery in oct and im up and walking around normal now but the doctors were amazed that I did not lose my legs.

Op im sorry to hear about your accident. Im glad you had such a good recovery!! Please understand the advise im going to give is not going to be what you want to hear. But it is for your best interest. Your not ready to run a cycle yet. You said you have tried dropping weight but it doesnt work. You need to head over to the nutrition section an do some research. You need to drop your bf down some on your own. Before you cycle or you will open yourself up to unwanted side effects. Also the other reason your not ready to cycle is you need to do more research on cycling. When you are ready to cycle it should be testosterone only. Along with an ai and hcg on cycle and a proper pct. So i strongly recommend you wait awhile an take care of those things before you start cycling.

The only thing I will say is if you are on a diet and you are getting bigger you aint eating right.Yes you can tone up add some muscle. But if your diet is right you will lose fat.AAS at this point isn't going to help you.

Thank you guys ill head over to the nutrition section and go from there and ive always been an active person and always done hard labor work so working out and then working an 8 hour day is pretty normal to me, and never put a strain on me in any way,

You want to get to at least 15% and then run a 8 week prop cycle or a 12 week c/e cycle of 500mg a week. The better you prep your self the better your results will be. Its very easy to get to 15% with deit and cardio. Should
    Not take long at all.
