When To Toss in T3?
Currentley on 375 mg blend of Tren E/Test E/Mast E , been dieting for roughly 7 weeks now and lost 14-15 lbs results have been very motivating so far. Doing a keto based diet and refeeding every other week because thats usually when I start feeling lethargic by the end of the 2nd week lol. I just started clen today and I have some t3 on the way .... not gonna go any higher than 50 mcg cuz I don't want that flat look lol but I do want to get shredded to the bone so I know its gonna take everything I got.
Calories currently at 2800. Macros are 65% fat/30% pro/ 5% carb
5'9, 193lbs 15% ish bf
So my question is would you wait until fat loss stalls to toss in the T3 or should I start it right away and stack it with the clen?

If you're going to use it, I'd recommend you that you do it while you're still on cycle. Or else you will burn up muscle and look flat

I'd start it asap, that way if you notice any lost gains you still have cycle time to make up for it.

Cals seem to be set fairly high for your current weight and height bro
Whats your tdee and bmr bro?
The first week or 2 u will loose a ton of water weight bro
What have u been loosing from week to week after week 1 and 2?

Also to note, your protein intake seems low, u want to preserve as much muscle as possible while u are on a caloric deficit, I would reconfigure your set macros and go from there first before adding in other compounds bro

At the peak of my bulk i was at about 4k calories. So at the start of my cut I dropped 700 cals straight away so at 3300 cals than dropped 100-150 cals every other week. Been losing like 1.5 lbs of fat after the initial water came off every week. And I know diet is the key lol. Well ketosis has to have those macros. Your fat has to be higher than your protein. My body loves keto, I feel so energetic even without the carbs lol its awesome.
