    Can having sex rise the estrogen level in men ?

    If you cuddle after and tell her that you love her, then yeah thats the estrogen talking, the sex part was your test working

    No that is Oxytocin that makes you want to cuddle not estrogen. Then Prolactin gets your mind off of sex after sex. After sex your body also release a ton of endorphins that might make you sleepy. I think there are a few more hormones that are released but I cant remember them all, maybe dopamine as well.

    But to answer your question about estrogen, no I have never heard of this before. I think it goes back to the old boxing myth about no sex before a fight during training.
