You need to learn how to use a spoon before you learn to use the gear.

my workout is 5 days a week. It goes like this:
Chest/shoulder/off/legs/back/biceps/off
32-36 sets each.
People are simply trying to offer guidance. Many are twice your age with greater experience in this space. Comments may come across as curt, but take it with some humility and appreciate that they are trying to guide you towards success.Originally Posted by prototypex

A good workout routine may look like this:
1. Chest/tris
2. Shoulders/legs
3. Back/bis
4. Off or cardio
5. Chest/tris
6. Shoulders/legs
7. Back/bis
8. Off or cardio
9. Off or cardio
Then start over at 1. If you're trying to cut you can also do lite cardio AFTER your workout on chest/tri & back/bis day but I don't on shoulder/leg days because of the destruction of my legs during workout.
My diet looks something like this:
Meal 1. 8 egg whites, 2 wheat toast
Meal 2. 8 egg whites, 2/3 c of oats
Meal 3. 8-10 oz chicken breast (turkey or tilapia), 1c of rice or 8-10 oz. Potato, 1c vegetables
Meal 4. Repeat meal 3
Meal 5. Repeat meal 4
Meal 6. 2 servings of casein protein & carb (5 rice cakes OR 1c air popped pop corn w/Pam butter spray & Cajun seasoning on top)
If you follow this workout routine & diet protocol it will start you off in the right direction.
This is only for guidance because I noticed your diet being WAY off and I also considered your workout routine off as well.
This is just my current 'playbook' with the addition of some aas but you should follow something similar to this till you're ready for aas.
Good luck bro.
