Test/Deca/Dbol cycle

For my next cycle I was thinking about the following:

Week 1-14: Test E - 600 mg
Week 1-12: Deca - 300mg
Week 1-4: Dbol - 30mg

I will also run hCG , Adex, and NAC.
PCT will involve Nolva and Clomid.

Any critiques or comments on this cycle? Anything I should add or take away?
Are these proper doses when stacking these compounds?

Why so low on deca ? I would bump it to at least 400mg/week
