    Hello from england

    I have recently got some oxavar oxandrolone tablets usp 10 mg .. I was woundering if anybody could tell me if they are worth TAKEING as I'm trying to bulk I am in week 1 of test e 500 mg a week course that I'll carry on for 14 weeks and pct nolva .. So will the tablets help be able to help with gains as I can't find much about them on internet .. My diet is 110 percent and this is my 1st course gym 6 days a week thanks for the feedback and advice just need some info from professionals on here ...

    How much are you planning to take daily?

    What is a 110% diet. How many cals above TDEE daily?

    Hello and 60 milligram a day and diet I mean like I eat the relevant foods high protein intake .. 4 shakes a day and right foods don't eat junk or drink it I'm 24 .. 5 foot 8.. 12 stone 3 .. I train 6 daYs a week 90 mins .. 12 percent body fat .. Just wanted some advice on the tablets as I was going to leave them out .. But heard some good things about them also

    If you're bulking, I wouldn't worry about the Anavar . It's expensive and there are other compounds much better at bulking like NPP.

    Four shakes a day is not an ideal diet. There is considerably more to nutrition than eating clean. What and how often you eat are critical variables. If your goal is growth, you must eat at least 500 calories above your TDEE daily. Anything less will not promote growth. Calculating your TDEE and developing a nutrition plan that adds 500 calories or more above your TDEE daily is critical for growth.

    Anavar would not be the best compound for growth.
