Well I will say, for me personally, my thighs are one of the more painful spots to pin. The least painful spot to pin are my glutes, although they aren't the easiest accessible obviously, but not difficult either. I do read a lot of guys saying you will get more pain from higher concentrations of Test than the lower concentrations. If Test 300, which I have never used, has 300mg/ml then that is a fairly decent concentration there. But I have seen no proof of that, just thought it was worth noting.
If you weren't able to walk then I would suggest just going with the glutes. Test E is a long ester so you don't pin often so as long as you aren't pinning much else with it then you should be fine just going back and forth between glutes for this cycle. Just don't do glutes only for the rest of your AAS cycles as scar tissue will build up.
