The main item on Clen I am confused about is proper usage of ketotifen. I understand how it resets the receptors and that if you are going to run more than 2 weeks in a row you have to use it. Here is the question:
Do I
1. Start taking Keto from the get go day 1 and continue for the 7 weeks?
2. Start taking Keto at week 3 and take for the remainder of the 7 weeks?
3. Start taking Keto at week 3 and continue through week 5 then go without the final 2 weeks?
4. Take Keto every third week for a week and consider the receptors reset until week 6 and do another round of Keto?
I ask because Clen is about half the price of Keto lol
