This questions stems from a lack of cycle experience. I am contemplating whether I should run my upcoming cycle at lower dosages for a longer period; or should i derease my cycle time and up the dosages.

no cycle experience
My first option is the simple test Eq. 500 mg of test and 400 mg Eq for about 10 weeks. stopping the Eq at week 9 so that it tapers with the test.
I could also run 250 mg test and 200 (or 400mg) Eq for 15-20 weeks.
Im looking to bulk up as much as possible. which approach do u think is better and why?
