    new to and need advice

    hello just started looking around im 33 and ran across the ar-r website. looking to add lean muscle to my "rats" know absolutely nothing about what they sale, dosing, or how takin. any help would be appreciated.

    Looks like you have a lot of research to do. It would be too time consuming for us to just tell you everything you need to know here. I would start by reading many of the stickies marked as important at the very top of the list.

    PCT is post cycle therapy , it's not a drug.

    Ar-r sells peptides and ancillary products often used in support of anabolic cycles (AIs, SERMs) and lab based products (filters, syringes, etc).

    The do not sell steroids .

    what would be the best way I guess to go about getting test? I read another thread for recommendations for first cycle. is there any legal way to do that?
