(Newbie) First Cycle Test-E Only and need advices
Hi guys... I been researching quite a bit since I join the community and finally I put all the mix together but I don't if I'm alright or wrong so here are the stats:
27 years old,
6'2" tall,
213 lbs and
I really don't know my actual BF%
Well, I got a clear idea but I need advice for experience and enlightenment before buy the stuff and here is:
*** 1-12 weeks: Test-E only 500mg (2CC at week), Pinned Mon (1CC 250mg) & Thu (1CC 250mg)
*** Arimidex through cycle, maybe 0.5mg?
*** I don't really know if i should or not used a HCG on my process so any advice is really welcome!
*** PCT started after 10/14 days after my last pin, so that mean on week 14-18 I should take Clomid:50mg/50mg/25mg/25mg and Nolvadex : 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg
So guys what did you think... it look and sound good? or do I need some adjustment on the doses or add something extra?

Looks like you've done some decent research! Nice to see someone doing their homework first!
Most will say you should run HCG . It mimics LH, albeit a slightly different molecular cascade, but keeps the leydig cells in your testes, active and minimize atrophy. This is important because healthy leydig cells will respond better during PCT and restart your natural testosterone better than dormant leydig cells.
Adex at 0.25mg EOD is where most people start.
What is your nutrition plan? Are you eating a surplus to your TDEE to gain LBM or a deficit to your TDEE to drop bf? Your diet is critical because the results are superior when the right nutrition plan is executed correctly.

Thanks, I had been busy at home or my smartphone through this last 4 days writing down things that I find on articles and stickys on the community and experience from other members in this community and others.
For Adex you means "Arimidex "? I'm still nor very familiar with the abbreviations and I rather ask and sound stupid 5 second than been stupid my whole life... TRUTH especially with abbreviations (looking back and forward into the sticky common abbreviation thread)
Well, I'm planning to bulk up at this first and create a few extra pounds of lean muscle on my chest (damn! my family genes!). So, my diet will be an Clean Bulk with a lot of Pasta, Chicken Breast, So beef here and there... but I haven't finish it yet. I'm working on it right now on Word with various alternatives through each meals and snacks. Give me a few days maybe 2 to complete it with meal/snack selection with Macro and everything on it.

Thanks for the highlight. I'm preparing myself for this jump so not room for errors on my cycle.
For HCG what you guys recommended... it is Provigil Injectable a good option?

Update 4/24/14 (Meal Plan)
Clean Bulk Phase (First test-E only Cycle)
Meal 1: 2 serv of Homemade Oat Pancakes (Appr. 180 Cals \ Banana \ 2 Scoops of Protein Whey
Meal 2: 6oz Chicken Breast, 2 cups of Brown Rice/Parboiled, Veggies
Meal 3: 2 Large Baked Potatoes, 6 oz of Chicken Breast
Meal 4: 7oz of Tuna, 2 Cups of Whole Wheat Pasta, 2 tsp Extra Virgin Oil
Meal 5: Cottage Cheese, Natural PB, Cranola and Blueberries / Greek Yogurt, Natural PB, Granola
Meal 6: 2 Scoops of Casein, 1 cup 1% of milk and my fish oil pills
Whole Macro:
Calories: 4,300 (Not less probably more that depends if I switch any item on the meal plan)
Fat: 100g
Carbs: 450g
Protein: 340g (My weight 1.5)
Pre-Workout and Post Workout are switchable because of my work shift. My position at work is tough and the working hours varies from time to time, over-time included. Shift varies from different hours one week clockin at 7am next 12am and so on.
Any advice for my meal plan?

Glad to see you've done some research. Diet plan looks like a good start. Check the nutrition section. I'd strongly suggest getting your diet 100% implemented before starting a cycle. Make sure you have stuff you actually like to eat. Consistency is the key.
You'll like Test-E. It takes 4-5 weeks to really kick in, but don't get impatient.
do blood work before and in the middle of your cycle. it will tell you if your gear is real, if you are managing estrogen properly, and if anything (like cholesterol)is getting screwed up. Yes its expensive and a pain in the ass, but it can be important.
I use stane, but some guys prefer Adex. If you begin using it from day 1, you might start a little light and move toward the full dose toward the end of week 3. Some guys get to feeling crappy because they are lowering their estrogen before it ever gets up. Either way, you have to take it. Don't wait for a problem to arise.
Use HCG as recommended. Use it from the beginning. Read some of Austinite's stuff on why blasting HCG at the end is a bad idea.
I just finished the cycle you propose and am up about 20lbs. Train hard, stay consistent, and good luck!
