    Cycle planning

Hello everyone. 5"11, 35 yo, 197 lbs, around 15 percent bodyfat. As I've posted before, been having joint pain off and on for a while. Slowly but surely getting better. Last cycle had to really work around it. I really don't want to do that again, so I'm considering throwing in 300 mg a week deca in with 450 a week test e. I really wanted to do a 600 mg a week of test only but I'm reading everywhere about how good deca is for joints. Is this info overrated? Also, I've read to use a low test dose when running a new compound. Doesn't seem to be the case for this one. Wk 1-12 test e, wk1-10 deca. I only have 5000iu of hcg so I'm gonna go 200x2 weekly on that. Ai usage throughout. Nova and clomid for pct. would anyone recommend going six weeks on pct cause of the deca or would four be good? Sorry I know it's a long read, any comments would be welcome, thanks

Four weeks of pct is fine. Deca is good for your joints but might not alleviate your pain depending on the root cause. As far as the deca/test ratio i think you should be okay with those doses but only blood work a few weeks in will tell you if you need to adjust the test.

Most people don't need much test to counter deca dick and other related effects but some are adamant you need a lot, I tend to sit on the fence on this one and say start in the middle and let bloods dial you in.

Control your estrogen and you won't have issues with your Johnson.
Have some caber on hand just in case.
