First Test E cycle. Advice greatly appreciated!

    Hello guys,
I am new on this site and have a question. Sorry if this is a dumb question to some people but if I do a cycle I want it to be right. First of all I am 22 yrs old, about to be 23 actually, and i have never ran anything. I am 6'2 and weigh between 180-185 lb. I have been working out for years. I've been eating right, every 2 hours, and I train very hard. My workout consist of heavy lifting for about 3 to 4 sets of 6 reps. I am such a hard gainer that even after this i still am not seeing an incline in my weight and size and it's hard enough forcing down all the food since my appetite is very poor as well. After that being said, I want to know if 23 is actually still too young to run a 12 week cycle of test, with the correct PCT and everything, of 500mg a week of Test E only. Please write me back. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have researched this myself and have asked a few very experienced individuals, but as always I get a mixture of answers. Thank you for your time,
    Bcurt

    Bro,
Please be smart and don't start cycling at your age. You could def get so much out of the diet section by growing naturally. Sooooooo many guys under estimate the. Importance of the diet (me included when I was young) that they don't grow as they should. You could easily put on quality weight if you got your diet up to snuff before even considering cycling.

Buster is absolutely correct. Please check out the diet section. I have been into fitness for my entire life (I'm 44) and thought I knew all there was to know about diet. Implementing the information I learned here changed me from a life-long "hard gainer". Go to the section, calculate your TDEE and post up a sample diet for critique. Those guys will really help you. If you will implement what they tell you consistently for several months, you will see a huge difference. After a year or two of doing that and working out hard, you will be ready to decide if AAS is right for you. The knowledge is here. welcome.
